Job Description

Role Overview: The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving business growth and sales performance in the broking industry within the assigned region. This role requires a strong leader with extensive knowledge of financial markets, client acquisition, and channel development to lead a high-performance sales team and ensure consistent revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Team Leadership & People Development - Execute Client Acquisition & Retention strategies - Manage Channel Development & Management - Ensure Compliance & Risk Control - Develop Market Strategy & Expansion plans - Handle Reporting & MIS tasks - Drive Sales & Revenue Generation by achieving regional revenue targets across various financial products - Analyze and track daily/monthly sales performance metrics to drive profitability - Build, manage, and mentor a team of Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives - Set clear goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure performance standards are met - Implement strategies for acquiring retail and HNI clients, focusing on increasing AUM and active client base - Ensure high client satisfaction, reduce attrition, and onboard sub-brokers, channel partners, and franchisees - Enhance channel partner productivity through support, incentives, and training while ensuring compliance with SEBI regulations - Conduct market analysis, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and provide strategic insights based on regional data analysis - Represent the region in leadership meetings, contribute to strategic planning, and provide timely reports on sales performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 to 15 years of sales experience - Strong leadership and analytical skills - Knowledge of share and security market trends Additional Details: The company, represented by Satish Tiwari, CHR-Talent & People Matter, operates in the broking industry and emphasizes the importance of talent management and people-centric values.
