Support internal verticals ( Loans, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Branch Banking) in cross-selling investment products. Stay updated on market trends, product offerings, and ROI across insurers, AMCs, and NBFC issuers. Conduct product awareness sessions and training for internal stakeholders. Track and maintain product comparisons, performance trackers, and ROI sheets. Manage end-to-end processes: client onboarding, documentation, renewals, redemptions, and service support. Maintain MIS reports and dashboards for business reviews and planning.
