Timekeeping Analyst (US Back Office Operations)

for our back-office customer support team for our Noida office who will be operating remotely from India.

How will you create an impact?

Timekeeping Analyst

will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of daily timecard reconciliations completed by the Timekeeping Clerk. This role will also focus on maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation and training materials related to the timekeeping system, while supporting overall compliance and efficiency in timekeeping operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Timecard Reconciliation: Review hourly employees’ timecards for time and attendance purposes, including verifying punches, approving scheduled time off, updating lost time, adjusting schedules, and coding Disability and FMLA cases
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance: Monitor and audit timekeeping data to ensure accuracy, adherence to company policies, and maintenance of proper internal controls for audit trail integrity
  • Time File Management: Support the Senior Timekeeping Analyst in producing and maintaining weekly and biweekly timekeeping files. This includes auditing timestamp timecards for completeness and accuracy, preparing time files for contract agents, and coordinating distribution to AgileOne and Finance (seasonal)
  • Reconciliation & Corrections: Perform historical timecard corrections to ensure accurate payroll payments and maintain alignment between timekeeping and payroll records, serving as the primary backup to the Senior Timekeeping Analyst
  • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and user guides for the company’s timekeeping system, while training end users on system functionality and best practices to ensure accurate and efficient timekeeping
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate ad hoc reports on work hours, attendance, and related metrics; analyze trends, present insights to leadership, and actively participate in meetings and working sessions to support data-driven decisions

We are looking for someone with:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using timekeeping tools and intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate across teams
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
