You will also recommend actions that can be taken to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. This role will require you to identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and run vendor governance; collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments; work with project resources to provide design collateral and to configure software components so they are aligned with security policy and governance; and ensure adherence to development and configuration standards and processes. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Working collaboratively with multiple vendors Leading complex projects - project management Stakeholder management and influencing skills Managing infrastructure services delivery, support and excellence Working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelēz International Working with IT outsourcing providers using frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library Working with internal and external teams and leading when necessary About the Role: The Test Lead is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring that software products meet quality standards and are delivered successfully by effectively managing and coordinating testing activities throughout the project lifecycle. The Test Lead collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance personnel, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to Test Strategy, guidelines, best practices and ways of working as defined. Define testing phases, testing scope, objectives, and deliverables for each testing phase. Standardize testing methodologies, processes and tools to be used across all teams. Work with business, functional owners, and IT teams to ensure testing aligns with project goals. Establish the testing scope, timelines, and resource requirements and collaborate with Sales application partners, stakeholders and functional teams for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Lead the preparation of detailed test cases and test plans to cover all aspects of the migration confirming coverage. Manage test execution progress and ensure completion of testing as per the timelines. Collaborate with business for UAT preparation and successful completion of UAT execution. Act as a central point of contact for all testing-related activities, leading and mentoring teams ensuring adherence to best practices, wow and standards resulting in quality deliverables. Implement governance structures to monitor testing progress across teams. Collaborate with project teams and business to ensure timely completion of testing readiness tasks and also to ensure testing is completed within the timelines and with the expected quality. Define a centralized defect tracking process for all teams. Identify testing risks and suggest mitigation plans. Define key testing metrics and share status updates to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate cutover testing activities to confirm test readiness for go-live. Provide post-go-live support by monitoring hypercare activities and addressing testing-related issues. Requirements: Strong experience in implementing test strategy, processes, wow and in leading testing teams for projects with complex technical integration. Hand on experience with test management tools QTest and JIRA. Excellent leadership, decision making, communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ability to engage in discussions with technical experts and interpret the impact to test scope. Strong management skills and ability to drive the testing strategy, governance and influence stakeholders and teams to align with project and testing objectives. Ability to resolve conflicts, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions proactively. Experience in technical delivery in a FMCG organization is preferred but not essential.
