Good understanding of regulatory requirements (GxP, GDPR) for IT systems in pharma. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Certifications: ISTQB, CSTE, or similar QA certifications are desirable.
