Executive – Procurement 

1. Role Overview The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, and ensuring timely availability of goods and services. The role involves coordination with internal teams, negotiation with vendors, documentation, and supporting cost optimization initiatives.

2. Key Responsibilities Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors.
• Float RFQs, evaluate quotations, and compare pricing.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase Order Management
• Create and process POs in ERP systems.
• Track approvals and ensure timely vendor deliveries.
• Coordinate with stores, logistics, and accounts teams. Vendor Management
• Maintain supplier relationships. - Evaluate vendor performance on quality, cost, delivery & compliance. - Resolve supply delays and discrepancies.
• Compliance & Cost Control - Support cost-saving initiatives.
• - Ensure procurement compliance with company policies.
• - Maintain documentation for audits. Reporting & Documentation
• - Maintain records of purchases and pricing. - Prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports & MIS.
•  Monitor market trends and price changes.

3. Qualifications & Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• - 2–5 years’ experience in procurement/supply chain.
• - Good knowledge of ERP (SAP/Tally/Oracle/Zoho). -
• Strong negotiation, analytical & communication skills. -
• Proficient in MS Excel.
