Qualification - Any Graduate (MBA prefered)
Experience - Relevent experiece of 4+ years

 

Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets - Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies - Build and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding market share - Conduct sales performance analysis and provide actionable insights - Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies - Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management

 

Requirements:


- 4+ years of sales experience in health insurance or a related field - 2+ years of sales management experience, leading a team - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong knowledge of health insurance products, industry trends, and regulations - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans
