Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead sales operations, expand market presence, manage dealer networks, and drive revenue growth for biological and agricultural products within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory to achieve targets

· Appoint, guide, and monitor dealers and distributors

· Lead and support Sales Executives in the field

· Plan and execute promotional activities, farmer meetings, and demos

· Develop territory-wise sales plans and market strategies

· Monitor collections and ensure credit discipline

· Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

· Ensure proper reporting and coordination with HO
Educational Qualification:

B.SC.(Agri) - Mandatory

M.Sc.

BRS/MRS

Experience and skills:

· More than 5 years of sales experience in a reputed company of biological products.

· Experience in handling teams and dealer networks

· Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

· Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

· Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid license preferred
