Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Executive to promote and sell biological products for agriculture use. The role involves dealer development, interacting with farmers, achieving sales targets, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell the company’s biological and agricultural products in the assigned territory
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and farmers
· Identify new markets, customers and business opportunities
· Appoint new dealers/distributors as per company policy
· Conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations
· Generate new leads and expand market reach
· Submit regular sales and field reports
Educational Qualification:
B.SC.(Agri) - Mandatory
M.Sc.
BRS/MRS
Experience and Skills:
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in agro-input sales in any reputed organization
· Good Communication & Field working ability
· Two-wheeler with a license preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
