Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations across multiple territories, drive business growth, manage teams, and expand dealer networks for biological and agricultural products within assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve area sales targets and drive market expansion
  • Lead and mentor Territory Sales Managers and field teams
  • Appoint and manage distributors and dealers
  • Plan and monitor promotions, farmer meetings, and demos
  • Track collections and ensure credit discipline
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate reporting and execution with Head Office

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Sc. (Agriculture) – Mandatory
  • M.Sc. (Agri) / BRS / MRS – Preferred

Experience & Skills

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in a reputed organization of biological products.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong team handling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively

· Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with a valid license preferred
