We offer elegant designs that symbolize sophistication and trust. Job Overview: We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and confident Female Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The role involves handling retailer communication, supporting the sales team, managing backend tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Retailer Communication & Relationship Management - Make thank-you calls to retailers post-purchase. - Send welcome WhatsApp messages to new retailers. - Share updated product catalogs, price lists, and offers. - Handle queries or complaints and escalate issues when necessary. 2. Sales Team Coordination -Coordinate with the Business Head/Zonal Sales Manager & field sales executives for updates. -Share daily work plans and inputs with the field team. -Track target vs. achievement for each salesperson. -Follow up on pending orders, payments, or stock issues. 3. Data Management & Reporting - Maintain an updated Retailer Database (location, contact, purchase history). - Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. - Record and track order bookings, dispatches, and returns. - Monitor inventory movement and suggest restocking if needed. 4. Order Processing & Support - Assist in order booking and confirmation. - Ensure smooth coordination with the logistics/dispatch team for timely delivery. - Update CRM/ERP system with accurate order status and payment details. 5. Marketing & Promotion Support - Share promotional schemes or new product launches with retailers. - Collect feedback from retailers for market trends and product demand. - Coordinate for visual merchandising materials or point-of-sale displays. 6. Admin & Back-End Support - Handle documentation for new retailer onboarding. - Coordinate with accounts for billing and payment reconciliation. - Schedule and track retailer visits, exhibitions, or local events. Candidate Requirements: Female candidates only (residing in or near Pune preferred). Graduate in any stream (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred). 1–2 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Back-End Sales along with Admin roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and familiar with CRM/ERP systems. Highly organized, proactive, and attention to detail. Why Join Us? The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the financial health of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial management. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts to provide insights into the company's financial performance. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial management software, ERP systems, and MS Excel. Familiarity with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial information to stakeholders. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
