Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Manager (B2B) to manage and expand our business network. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in jewellery or luxury product sales, excellent negotiation skills, and strong market mapping abilities.

You will be responsible for retailer visits, business generation, customized order handling, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Development & Planning:

  • Map the assigned market/territory to identify potential retailers and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute a Monthly Journey Plan (PJP) for regular market visits.
  • Analyze regional trends, competitor activities, and retailer requirements.

Sales Execution & Business Growth :

  • Visit retail partners to present company profile, product catalogues, and new collections.
  • Showcase sample products and explain product features, designs, and value propositions.
  • Negotiate with retailers and finalize B2B orders, including customized jewellery orders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.

Retailer Onboarding & Relationship Management :

  • Conduct retailer onboarding activities for new business leads.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing retail partners.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address queries promptly.

Coordination & Reporting :

  • Collaborate with Sales Support, Operations, and Accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Handle high-value products and stock with utmost responsibility and accuracy.
  • Maintain daily visit logs, meeting updates, and submit detailed reports to management.
  • Participate in regular review meetings and business planning sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Diamond / Gold / Luxury Jewellery industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong regional market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
