Telesales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Representative, your main role is to generate leads through various methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and following up on inbound leads. You will be pivotal in qualifying prospects and setting up appointments for outside sales representatives or senior account managers. It is crucial to have a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and industry trends to effectively engage with potential clients. - Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to exhibit our offerings to potential customers. - Keep our CRM software updated with leads, opportunities, and sales activities as part of your daily routine. - Measure your success by achieving and surpassing monthly/quarterly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
