Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Gwalior. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their borrowing needs, and offering suitable loan and mortgage solutions. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, managing a portfolio of clients, and supporting them throughout the loan application process. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closure of sales.
