What Youll Do: Build strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to generate leads for Antaras home healthcare services (nursing care, GDA support, senior care solutions) Lead B2B negotiations and onboarding of hospital partners and medical professionals Drive and manage patient referral programs to ensure a consistent lead pipeline Collaborate with internal sales & operations teams for smooth lead conversion Foster long-term relationships with doctors and hospital administrators for sustained engagement What Were Looking For: Proven experience in hospital channel sales / doctor referral networks Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong understanding of hospital operations and patient care workflows Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes at home Why Antara?
