Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, addressing inquiries via phone, providing detailed information about the hospital's services, and converting leads into appointments. The role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining detailed customer records, and working closely with the sales and customer support teams to meet targets while offering exceptional service. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in Sales, with the ability to identify customer needs and close leads Experience in Training and sharing knowledge to enhance team performance Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in the healthcare or aesthetics industry is a plus Proficiency in using customer relationship management
