Position:

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender:
Male / Female (Experienced candidates only, No Fresher)
Education:
Graduate (Any stream)
Age:
18 32 years
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Sales (Banking / Finance / Insurance / Telecom / Retail preferred)

Candidates with
3+ years of sales experience
& basic English communication are eligible for higher CTC.

Communication Skills:
Average communication in English (able to read & introduce themselves)
Work History:
No employment gap of more than 6 months

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:
Up to 3,10,000 CTC (based on interview)
Incentives:
Up to 24,000/month
For candidates with 3+ years sales experience:
Up to 4,00,000 CTC
Shift Timing:
9:30 AM 6:30 PM (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and manage new customer relationships for Kotak Bank.
Generate sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Promote banking products and services to customers.
Ensure excellent customer experience and build long-term relations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
