Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Qualify prospective clients based on their budget, preferences, and timelines.
• Conduct virtual or on-site presentations of real estate projects.
• Provide detailed project information including brochures, floor plans, and pricing.
• Coordinate and schedule site visits, property showings, and meetings with sales executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth communication and client handling.
• Assist in drafting client proposals, follow-up emails, and basic documentation.
• Pass on qualified leads to the sales closers or senior sales executives.
• Support the sales team by providing necessary documentation and client background.
• Schedule site visits or meetings between clients and sales representatives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all real estate projects (location, pricing, configurations, timelines).
• Conduct virtual or in-person property presentations and walkthroughs.
• Prepare and share brochures, floor plans, and pricing sheets with prospects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred)
• 3-6 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (real estate experience preferred)
• Customer-centric approach with good listening skills
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
