We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
Maintain and update customer databases by entering information.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Good listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
