Job Title: Telecaller / Senior Telecalling Executive Salary : 15,000-25000 + Incentive Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Fluent : Hindi ,English Experience: Only experienced candidates. Role Summary: We are hiring experienced telecallers who can handle outbound client calls, follow up leads, explain services clearly and convert enquiries into consultations or sales. Ideal candidates have prior experience in banking, finance advisory or visa consultancy and strong spoken English & Hindi. Key Responsibilities: Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospective clients. Explain Pragatione services (Government Backed funding / Grants ) succinctly and professionally. Follow up on warm/cold leads to schedule appointments or close conversions. Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM and report weekly progress. Achieve weekly and monthly conversion/target KPIs. Coordinate with consultants and managers for lead handover. Qualifications & Skills: Strong spoken English and Hindi (comfortable conversing). Good phone etiquette and persuasive communication. Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM / Excel. Target-driven, disciplined, punctual and professional. What We Offer: Performance-based incentives + attractive bonuses.
