Telecalling Executive

The Tele caller will be responsible for calling and qualifying leads generated through digital platforms and inbound calls. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, providing product information, and facilitating communication between prospects and sales teams. The role requires strong skills in customer relationship-building, record management, and collaboration to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Qualification:

  Call and qualify leads generated through digital platforms to determine their potential as sales prospects and share those leads with the respective stores.

• Inbound Calls:

  Attend inbound sales inquiry calls, provide information about our products/services, and address customer questions or concerns.

• Customer Engagement:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

• Database Management:

  Maintain an organized database of leads and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Manage Sales Queries:

  Handle sales queries on live chat and emails whenever required.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback to the marketing teams.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to work towards closing prospect leads to conversion and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

  Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role is preferred.

• Languages Required:

  Kannada, English, and Hindi.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.

• Customer Focus:

  Strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Organizational Skills:

  Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Education:

  A diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Working time

Weekday will be off as Sunday will be working
