Hiring Production Manager For Manufacturing Unit ( CGD Division)

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production of stainless-steel furniture. This role Should have a strong background in metal fabrication, production management, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule production to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Yield Improvement & wastage reduction
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Oversee the production process, including cutting, welding, grinding, and polishing.
• Ensure optimal production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
• Lead and manage a team of production staff, including welders, grinders, and polishers.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in metal fabrication, production management, or a related field.
• Certifications: Welding certifications or equivalent experience.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including welding, grinding, and polishing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Industry Experience: Experience working in the stainless-steel furniture industry.
• Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP software, such as SAP or similar.
