Key Responsibilities: Tool Design & Development Design injection moulds and other plastic tooling using UG NX software . Develop 2D/3D tool drawings, assembly layouts, and detailed part drawings. Conduct feasibility studies, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and DFA (Design for Assembly) analysis. Ensure tool design meets product dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and functional requirements. Lead tool design projects from concept to final approval. Coordinate with tool room, suppliers, and production team for tool manufacturing and trials. Support tool try-outs, modifications, and validation activities. Ensure timely release of tool designs and documentation.

Role & responsibilities Selecting supplier base to acquire best quality and cost of use of new suppliers or working with current suppliers, Responsible for purchase activities. Maintain document filling. Procure purchase requisition items. Conversion of purchase request to purchase order. Arrange quotation to release purchase order. Material follow-up with suppliers to meet target. Negotiation with supplier. Co-ordination with Maintenance, Tool Room, Quality, Store &Account Depart.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all tool room activities to meet production schedules and ensure tools/molds are available when needed. Oversee the design, development and manufacturing of tools, dies, molds, fixtures, and gauges as per production requirements. Review technical drawings/blueprints (2D/3D), machining programs, process plans and ensure machined tools meet required specifications. Manage machining operations: CNC milling/turning, EDM/Wire-EDM, grinding, polishing, assembly or fitting work, as needed. Implement and manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for tooling ensuring timely maintenance, repairs, calibration, and minimizing downtime.
