Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Greater noida, Site 4. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers, introducing products and services, and providing relevant information. Additionally, the role includes managing customer inquiries, maintaining call records, and following up for feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. The Caller will also assist in generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to manage and maintain detailed call records Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems Experience in customer service and handling client inquiries Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good problem-solving abilities and patience High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
