Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller located in Greater noida, Site 4. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers, introducing products and services, and providing relevant information. Additionally, the role includes managing customer inquiries, maintaining call records, and following up for feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. The Caller will also assist in generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
