We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Tele caller to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Tele caller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating quality leads, and scheduling site visits. Your role is crucial for our sales pipeline, and your communication skills will directly contribute to our business growth. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and the real estate market in Thane.

Key Responsibilities

• 📞 Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases and leads.
• 🏡 Introduce our real estate projects and services to prospective customers.
• 🧐 Understand client requirements, such as budget, location preferences, and property needs (e.g., 2/3 BHK).
• 🗓️ Schedule site visits for interested clients with our sales team.
• 📊 Maintain and update the lead database (CRM) with call information, client details, and follow-up notes.
• 🔄 Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them.
• 🎯 Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and site visits.
• 💬 Handle basic client queries and provide accurate information about our properties.
