Tellecaller

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers and tenants, playing a key role in lead generation, client engagement, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients introducing property listings and generating qualified leads.
• Answer inbound calls, handle property-related queries, and provide details about available residential and commercial properties.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits between clients and sales agents.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to drive conversions (sales/rentals) and keep prospects engaged.
• Update and manage customer data, call logs, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation set by management.
• Stay informed on current property listings, market trends, and real estate project details.
• Work closely with sales agents and the marketing team for effective lead management.
• Address client concerns and objections, provide information, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Support marketing campaigns and provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local/regional languages.
• Ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills (Excel/Word/email).
• Motivated, persistent, and goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Minimum: High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree or prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
