Company Description Transport Mela is an online platform that helps individuals and businesses find and connect with relocation service providers across India. We offer access to a wide network of verified vendors providing services such as household shifting, car and bike transportation, office relocation, and local and intercity moving. Our platform simplifies the process for users to compare options and select service providers based on their city and specific needs. We currently serve all major Indian cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The role is located in Delhi, India. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential and current clients, providing information about our services, assisting with inquiries, and helping users connect with relocation service providers. Day-to-day tasks include making calls, maintaining records of interactions, and providing exemplary customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or call center roles Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in using computers and handling phone systems Fluent in both English and Hindi High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus Prior experience in the logistics or relocation industry is an advantage
