Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Caller role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about our products, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Daily tasks include making calls, maintaining call records, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. The Caller will also work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and sales
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Proficiency in maintaining call records and following up with clients
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the healthcare or Ayurveda industry is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage
