Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, sellers, and tenants based on the provided database.
  
• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  
• Explain project details, location advantages, price range, and unique selling points.
  

2. Client Communication & Conversion

• Understand customer requirements (budget, location preference, property type).
  
• Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
  
• Fix appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
  
• Follow up with leads regularly to move them toward closure.
  

3. Database Management

• Maintain and update the CRM with prospect details, call logs, follow-up reminders, and status updates.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and timely entry of all customer interactions.
  

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide prompt resolutions.
  
• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction to support sales conversions.
  

5. Coordination With Sales Team

• Share qualified leads with the field sales team.
  
• Coordinate site visits, meeting schedules, and property demonstrations.
  
• Update sales executives on lead status and follow-up outcomes.
  

6. Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare daily/weekly call logs and follow-up reports.
  
• Track lead progression, conversion ratio, and appointment success rate.
  
• Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor insights.
  

7. Compliance & Professional Conduct

• Maintain proper communication etiquette during all calls.
  
• Follow company guidelines and adhere to DND (Do Not Disturb) norms.
  
• Protect confidentiality of client information.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduation
• Must have experience minimum 1 year
