We are seeking an experienced and motivated Telesales Agent with a strong background in two-wheeler loan sales . The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in telecalling and loan conversion, with deep knowledge of loan products, customer handling, and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell two-wheeler loan products. Explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms. Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion and disbursement. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on loan policies and market trends. Coordinate with field sales teams, dealer partners, and back-office for lead closures. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. Accurately update CRM systems and maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of telesales experience , specifically in two-wheeler loan sales . Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, Tamil (Any 2) Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of loan lifecycle, credit evaluation, and basic finance terms. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in sales/finance is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated, result-driven, and disciplined. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Prior experience working with NBFCs or banks preferred. Salary: As per industry standards Incentives: Performance-based incentives available.
