Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Application Maintenance & Support: Ensure smooth and continuous operation of TOC and ERP applications, handling software-related issues and troubleshooting. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Regularly monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system efficiency. Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to databases (SQL, Postgres), Python scripting, IIS configurations, and Excel integrations. Documentation & Requirement Gathering: Understand user requirements, provide clear documentation, and ensure the documentation is up to date. User Support & Training: Offer support to end-users and provide training, especially in Excel and using the applications. Create training materials, PPTs, and user guides. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain excellent communication with internal teams to ensure the efficient operation of the system and resolve user issues promptly. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and implement system upgrades or changes. Required Skills: Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, database management, performance tuning). Experience with PostgreSQL for database support and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of Python for scripting and automation tasks.o Familiarity with IIS (Internet Information Services) for web application support and troubleshooting. Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop efficient solutions. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain technical details in simple terms. Additional Competencies Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Experience with customer service and a user-focused approach to problem-solving. Adaptability to work across various shifts and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Required Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience in in IT support, preferably with any Software application Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Location: Thane, Mumbai Work Arrangement: Candidates must be willing to work in any assigned shift: Morning / General / Evening / Night Shift (considered 365 days rotational) Candidate assigned to General shift will work from office.
