Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, your role will involve providing technical support through incident management, change management, and problem management. You will be responsible for monitoring systems using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana. Your troubleshooting skills will be crucial in addressing customer issues and application issues. Additionally, you will work on Linux systems for file manipulation and perform system health checks. Key Responsibilities: - Technical support including incident management, change management, and problem management - Monitoring systems using Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana - Troubleshooting customer and application issues - Investigating customer issues and system alarms - Leading or participating in incident management and change reviews - Postmortems for problem management and driving resolution of customer impacting issues - Improving issue detection through alarm tuning - Fulfilling daily requests - Oncall duties To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace, and Nagios - Experience in incident management - Strong knowledge of Linux systems In this permanent full-time position, you will have a hybrid work profile with the flexibility of working from the office or remotely. With 3-7 years of experience, the location for this role is in Bangalore.
