Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of

  MAVIP Group’s core technology ecosystem

  , including internal tools, client portals, and SaaS platforms.
• Architect and build digital products for MAVIP Group’s proprietary ventures — such as identity verification systems, AI-driven dashboards, and engagement platforms.
• Oversee tech infrastructure, ensuring

  scalability, security, and efficiency

  across all systems and environments.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, designers, and tech partners to ensure high-quality output and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with business, creative, and research teams to translate GTM needs into

  technically executable, innovative solutions.

• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies —

  AI, ML, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and Cloud-native architectures

  — to strengthen MAVIP Group’s innovation roadmap.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and deployment schedules for tech-enabled client programs.
• Maintain documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices across all projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in

  software development and technology leadership.

• Proven expertise in full-stack development using

  modern frameworks

  (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Django, or Laravel).
• Experience with

  cloud infrastructure

  (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of

  AI/ML model integration

• Exposure to
