Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end development of cloud-native applications using

  AWS

  and

  Node.js

  .
• Define coding standards, enforce architectural guidelines, and promote engineering best practices.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to align on architecture and delivery goals.
  
• Provide technical oversight across all phases of the development lifecycle.
  

Solution Architecture:

• Design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems using modern cloud architecture principles.
  
• Select appropriate AWS services (e.g.,

  Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM

  ) to meet solution requirements.
• Optimize performance, cost, and availability of AWS-hosted solutions.
  

Development & Delivery:

• Oversee sprint planning, development, testing, and release activities.
  
• Implement

  CI/CD pipelines

  , infrastructure-as-code using

  CloudFormation/Terraform

  .
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through

  code reviews

  ,

  unit tests

  , and

  automated testing

  .

Mentorship & Collaboration:

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a learning and growth-focused environment.
  
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage technical risks and resolve issues proactively.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  

• 8–10 years

  of total experience in software development.

• 3–4 years

  in a technical leadership or architecture role.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Node.js

  and

  Nest.js

  for backend development.
• In-depth expertise in key AWS services:
  

• Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM

• Experience in

  microservices

  ,

  serverless computing

  , and

  containerization

  using Docker, ECS/EKS.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps tools

  like Git, Jenkins, CloudFormation, Terraform, etc.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to

  frontend frameworks

  like

  React

  or

  Angular

  .
• Knowledge of

  security best practices

  in AWS and cloud environments.
• Experience in the

  automotive manufacturing domain

  is a plus.
