As a candidate for the technical/team leadership role in Bhubaneswar or other locations, you are expected to have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with project managers, designers, and QA for seamless project execution - Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Ensuring best practices in code quality, performance, and reusability - Acting as a key point of contact for technical queries in the team - Managing technical risks and effectively communicating status with stakeholders - Experience in Full System Development Life Cycle, including Proposal, Process Engineering, Design, Development, Testing, MLR Process, Deployment, and Support - Knowledge in Application Design and Development & software Testing - Maintaining and constantly refining the Production failures and escalations; capturing, articulating, and creating a knowledge base of Production ETL functioning and potential points of failures - Hands-on experience in website and web app development in react native, react.js, and JavaScript - Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks - Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end build pipelines - Hands-on experience in Mobile app development for Android and IOS - Creating Data models for Data Warehouse development - Thorough knowledge of working in Agile environments and multiple itineraries running concurrently - Directing system enhancements and projects through the SDLC life cycle, Agile methodologies, defining project objectives, aligning project resources, and ensuring established timelines are met - Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of business operations and technical scope and objectives of each project - Working closely with support teams for code migrations and post-production support - Having a hands-on approach to problem-solving and leading by example in developing code snippets for the team - Preparing and updating application-related documentation such as Operational Instructions and User Manuals - Conducting and supporting project activities like Audit, integration topics, testing Position type & Compensation: - Part Time/Contractual (at least 6 months contract), extendable by 3 months each time based on successful performance and results - Working 5 days (Mon-Fri) a week on development work (3-4 hours daily), participating in daily scrum calls with the team, and providing detailed updates to stakeholders on Saturdays or Sundays - Eligible for all benefits of FTE after 1 month completion - Immediate starters are preferred As a candidate for the technical/team leadership role in Bhubaneswar or other locations, you are expected to have 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
