Co-Founder/CTO

As a Co-founder/CTO at Grey Platforms, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming business challenges into efficient solutions. Based in Bhubaneswar or working remotely from India, you will receive a significant co-founder equity stake in the company. Grey Platforms aims to simplify operations, optimize workflows, and scale seamlessly by developing powerful product suites. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the CEO to enhance the technical backbone of the company, driving technical innovation, and leading the development of advanced security solutions. We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the SaaS productivity domain, along with hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud infrastructure, and scalable architectures. Expertise in technologies such as AWS, Spring Boot, Java, React Native/Ionic, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL, MongoDB, AI/ML, and no-code tools is essential. Your willingness to invest capital into the business, ability to architect high-performance applications, and experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and real-time analytics will be valuable assets. Strong leadership skills to build and lead a technical team are also required. Key responsibilities include leading all technical aspects of the product, developing and maintaining software components, optimizing database architecture, implementing DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure best practices, collaborating with business and marketing teams, driving innovation, and actively participating in fundraising and strategic planning.
