Job Profile

The VP of Sales and Marketing is a dynamic executive leader responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s overall sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase market share.This role responsible to achieve aggressive growth targets, and building the company's brand and revenue streams from the ground up This role involves developing long-term plans, aligning sales and marketing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring successful execution of all initiatives. The VP is accountable for leading high-performing teams, setting ambitious targets, analysing market trends, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. This executive role demands a blend of strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and adaptability suitable for a fast-paced and evolving environment. This executive reports directly to company leadership and plays a pivotal role in achieving revenue targets and enhancing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies in line with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company vision and growth objectives 
• Set long-term goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide both teams. 
• Oversee day-to-day management and tactical execution in both sales and marketing functions. 
• Drive revenue generation, new business acquisition, customer engagement, and brand building. 
• Lead, mentor, and scale sales and marketing teams, directly overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management. 
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting activities. 
• Represent the company to major customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders 
• Ensure alignment between product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer needs. 
• Monitor and adapt strategies based on market trends, competition, and data analytics.

Typical Experience

• 10–15+ years of experience across sales and marketing, preferably with proven success in start-up or high-growth companies.
