In your role as Co-Founder/CTO at CulturTap Genie, you will play a crucial part in driving the business objectives, overseeing planning, leading software development and project management, developing IT strategy and architecture, as well as driving product development activities. Your responsibilities will also include leading the technology and business team, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment between technology and business initiatives with organizational objectives.
