Introduction-

The is a full-time work from office role. The ideal candidate is expected to work onsite from our Indore office, Mondays to Saturdays, 10 am-7:30 pm.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS services and a deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud security. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
Monitor system performance, security, and scalability, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
Collaborate with development teams to improve system architecture and deployment strategies.
Ensure compliance with security best practices, including IAM policies, VPC configurations, and encryption techniques.
Continuously evaluate and implement best practices for cloud cost optimization and resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles.
Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, EKS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
Proficiency in automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS Code Pipeline.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of networking, security best practices, and IAM roles in AWS.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.).
Experience in managing microservices and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
