Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social media strategies to align with business goals. Create high-quality videos, reels, and graphics tailored for different platforms. Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling of content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Handle end-to-end content planning, creation, and execution. Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to optimize performance. Run paid campaigns and analyze ROI for continuous improvement. Respond to audience queries and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty. Track, measure, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations. Requirements Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager/Consultant. Strong expertise in video creation, editing, and posting across platforms. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, etc.). Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and trends. Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills. Ability to design, execute, and monitor strategies independently. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations. Knowledge of digital ads, lead generation, and SEO.
