Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Core Python Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python programming, system design, data handling, and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Core Python.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong focus on performance and scalability.

Work closely with the frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate and optimize solutions.

Build and optimize APIs for high availability and responsiveness.

Implement and manage database interactions, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Debug, test, and document software to ensure reliability and quality.

Stay updated with the latest Python frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with product managers and tech leads to deliver features on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Core Python development.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) and design principles.

Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, and multithreading concepts.

Experience with RESTful APIs, Flask/Django, and database systems (SQL & NoSQL).

Hands-on experience in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.

Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Knowledge of data engineering or sustainability tech.

Prior experience in startup/fast-paced environments.
