Job Title: Senior Sustainability Product Manager / Sustainability Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional from a sustainability background who can lead and manage Greensturn’s sustainability-driven products and initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of sustainability principles with proven experience in product management, innovation, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of Greensturn’s sustainability technology products – from ideation to market launch.
Define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with sustainability goals and global best practices.
Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and business development teams to integrate sustainability at every stage of the product lifecycle.
Conduct market research on sustainability technologies, renewable energy trends, and environmental policies to guide strategy.
Develop and monitor sustainability metrics, carbon reduction impact, and ESG performance.
Build and maintain partnerships with environmental organizations, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
Support sustainability audits, certifications, and compliance reporting.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a sustainability-driven culture.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
Experience:
7+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG management, product development, or green technology.
Proven track record of delivering successful sustainability or clean-tech projects.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks (UN SDGs, GHG Protocol, LCA, ISO 14001, etc.).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with carbon management systems, renewable technologies, or sustainability analytics tools is an advantage.
