Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Build and manage partnerships with universities, colleges, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) across India.
Develop and implement college outreach plans to support student mobilization and engagement for training and placement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to align CSR and skilling projects with academic institutions.
Draft, negotiate, and execute MOUs with universities and colleges for project implementation.
Maintain a central database of partner institutions, TPO contacts, and placement data.
Represent the organization at academic events, job fairs, and CSR forums to enhance brand visibility.
Identify and onboard new academic partners to expand reach across different regions.
Ensure project timelines, data accuracy, and reporting requirements are met in collaboration with stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Education, Management, Social Work, or related field.
815 years of experience in university relations, academic partnerships, CSR, education, or skilling sectors.
Strong existing network and rapport with colleges, universities, and TPOs.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in managing large-scale student outreach and placement coordination.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM or data management tools preferred.
