Role Summary

The University Alliance Manager will lead strategic engagement with colleges and universities to drive CSR-aligned initiatives, academic collaborations, and student development programs. This role is central to building long-term partnerships that support innovation, inclusion, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Academic Engagement

  • Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with colleges and universities across India and globally.
  • Develop long-term engagement models that support CSR initiatives, research collaborations, and student development.
  • Align academic programs with corporate priorities such as sustainability, inclusion, and innovation.

2. Program Development & Execution

  • Design and implement initiatives like faculty development programs, student internships, hackathons, and innovation challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal CSR, HR, and business teams to co-create impactful projects with academic institutions.
  • Ensure programs are scalable, inclusive, and aligned with both institutional and community needs.

3. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead end-to-end project management including budgeting, planning, execution, and impact assessment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and academic partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive program success and stakeholder satisfaction.

4. Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

  • Track program KPIs, prepare detailed reports, and present outcomes to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, academic standards, and internal governance frameworks.
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

5. Regional Expansion & Outreach

  • Identify new geographies and institutions for partnership expansion.
  • Customize engagement strategies based on regional academic landscapes and community needs.
  • Represent the organization at academic forums, conferences, and CSR events to build visibility and credibility.
