Key Responsibilities

Mobilize and enroll students through colleges, schools, communities, CBOs, and NGOs (optimize online outreach over physical visits wherever possible)
Conduct regular follow-ups with students and institutional partners Promote training programs and provide accurate information about the Academy Identify and onboard new partners and outreach channels Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Achieve monthly mobilization targets • PWD: 150 candidates • EV: 75 candidates Collect, compile, and verify required documents as per program guidelines Ensure timely data entry and record maintenance in TJM software Collect and document video testimonials from trained candidates Maintain proper records, reports, and documentation

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and convincing skills
Field mobilization and outreach experience Ability to work with educational institutions and community organizations Target-driven and result-oriented mind-set Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills Willingness to travel locally as required
