Learner Support & Training Oversight Monitor training progress, reduce dropouts, and support placement readiness. Motivate learners to accept fresher roles and build long-term careers. Deliver a high-quality training environment and ensure customer satisfaction. Operational Excellence Lead centre operations, manage teams, and drive performance improvement. Oversee infrastructure upkeep, safety, and timely maintenance. Analyze performance data and take proactive actions to improve KPIs. Preferred candidate profile: Graduate/Postgraduate with 36 years of experience in Centre Management, Sales, Operations, or Education Management.
