Responsible for shop floor management of Winding /TFO section during his shift. Taking charge from outgoing shift (Checking of process parameter – Speed / eyc setting. Winding drum allocation according to R/F
Overseeing production process, ensuring high-quality fabric output, optimizing production costs in the knitting unit and complete understanding of fabric production, strong leadership and ability to drive continuous improvements.
Handle Operation ETP Cum Water Recovery Plant. Knowledge of lab testing. Responsibility for maintaining inventory of chemicals. In House testing of Parameters of ETP/WRP. Responsible for ETP/WRP documentation and PCB returns.
