Purpose of the Role

To support learners in achieving their career goals by providing placement counseling, coordinating with hiring partners, and ensuring placement targets are met across assigned centers.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Counsel students throughout the program, helping them align expectations with job opportunities.
• Coach and prepare students for interviews to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
• Ensure adequate job openings for every graduating student across assigned centers; generate local TAFs where required.
• Build and maintain strong corporate relationships to facilitate smooth placement processes.
• Support Center Managers and Counsellors in selecting eligible students based on Job Description (JD) and Talent Acquisition Form (TAF).
• Assist trainers with assessments to ensure students meet client criteria.
• Work closely with the Central Placement Team (CPT) and center teams to drive placement success.
• Track and update placement data accurately in internal systems.
• Achieve placement targets within defined turnaround time (TAT), including paid placements.
• Ensure documentation requirements for placed students are completed.

• Understand business operations, regional challenges, and center needs.
• Be proactive, approachable, and supportive to team members.
• Monitor data quality, process adherence, and highlight operational concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular progress checks and self-assessment to improve performance.
• Resolve team conflicts in alignment with organizational expectations.
• Coach team members toward higher performance and review assigned KRAs on time.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with all Business Unit teams.
• Jointly contribute to Business Target Delivery, Data Quality, and Process Adherence.
