supply chain traceability, ESG reporting, and data-driven sustainability initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Support collection and consolidation of ESG and supply chain traceability data from internal systems and external stakeholders
  
• Assist in maintaining and updating traceability and ESG platforms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and factories to collect required sustainability and traceability information
  
• Support social compliance activities, including audit data compilation and follow-up tracking
  
• Extract, validate, and organize data for ESG reporting and dashboards
  
• Assist in monitoring ESG KPIs and preparing basic reports and presentations
  
• Support supplier training materials and documentation related to sustainability and compliance
  
• Conduct research on ESG regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,- Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
  

• 0 – 1 year of experience

  (internship, project work, or full-time experience) in sustainability, ESG, supply chain, with data analysis
• Basic understanding of sustainability, ESG concepts, or supply chain operations
  
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-cultural environment
  

Preferred Skills & Exposure

• Internship or academic project exposure in sustainability, ESG, or supply chain-related topics
  
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks or standards such as

  GRI, CDP, SBTi, TCFD, SAC Higg Index, or B Corp (academic exposure acceptable

  )
• Basic proficiency in

  MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling

• Interest in sustainability reporting, traceability, or responsible sourcing
